Responsibilities:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proactive sourcing of suitable candidates via different platforms.
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting potential candidates to match the client requirements.
• Acquiring new clients through business development networking/cold calling.
• Advise clients on market trends and hiring strategies.
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients and candidates.
• Negotiate terms & offers between clients/companies and successful candidates.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Any ad-hoc duties as required.
