Job Description

About the role

As part of the Regional Control Tower team, you will provide support in customer satisfaction through the Control Tower SOP, pro-active actions and analysis, develop customer business, propose improvements and new solutions, support with crisis and action plans. This 6-month full-time internship commences June/July 2025.

What you will be doing

Reporting:

• Collate all KPI reports and analysis from CEVA local control towers/ SPOCs to consolidate into the production of Global Reports (Transportation Activities. Financial & CO2) on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis according to period reviews with customers
• Validate and control Dashboard Reports on periodic basis (daily and weekly) with CEVA network

Performance Management:

• Research, interpret and analyse data received from various sources and escalate any irregularities to appropriate Management level of branch or department
• Support in identifying relevant metrics (internal), collect data, measure and monitor progress
• Publish data quality report to CEVA entities SPOCs & other RCTs, monitor their events update in order to provide accurate visibility of shipments that are classified as time critical (hot shipments) or deviation from standard/contractual level
• Analyse and evaluate data performance (KPI monthly reports) on regional/global level
• Support in preparation of presentation materials related to customers’ & Control Tower management reviews

Documentation:

• Collate list of progress forms on status of each accounts, working closely with other Control Towers on the progress of status
• Responsible for the preparation, delivery and validation of all assigned reports under Control Tower management and work closely with other Control Tower Executives

The Successful Candidate

Essential

• Undergraduate or Graduate in Supply Chain/Logistics
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Tableau)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous, analytical, able to work independently
• Must be a team player with positive attitude

Desirable

• Systematic, organized
• Able to work under pressure in a dynamic fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
