Regional Talent Management Intern

About the role

As part of the Regional Talent team, this role will support and ensure the consistent deployment of talent acquisition, training, competencies, and talent management processes in close collaboration with the Global Talent Team and Country HR teams. This experience offers a dynamic blend of hands-on delivery and strategic initiatives, providing an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and grow within a vibrant and innovative team. This 6-month full-time internship commences in July 2025.

What you will be doing

• Talent Initiatives: Develop and execute regional talent initiatives in partnership with the global Talent Management team.
• Project Coordination: Support regional Talent Management projects, such as launching new onboarding initiatives across Asia Pacific.
• Candidate Experience: Enhance the hiring experience for both managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive process.
• Employer Branding: Elevate our brand presence through innovative social media campaigns, educational networks, and engaging career webinars.
• Internship Program: Help manage our bi-yearly internship program and foster a vibrant intern community.
• Graduate Program: Support the launch and management of our Graduate program, making it impactful and successful.
• Workforce Analytics: Independently run and analyse workforce data to drive informed decisions.
• Policy Harmonization: Ensure consistency and alignment of policies across the region.
• Training Facilitation: Assist in facilitating engaging regional classroom and virtual Talent Management trainings.
• Other: Handle ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
