Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Executive to support daily
office operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing administrative
tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. This role requires strong attention to
detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office administration and provide support to various departments.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement to ensure a well-equipped
workplace.
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment, including managing pantry
supplies.
- Coordinate corporate gifts, name cards, and festive hampers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail
distribution.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
- Assist in organising company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support office operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
- Working rights are required for this role.
