Digital Account Executive (Content Hub CoE)


We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Digital Account Executive to join our Content Hub Center of Excellence. This role will serve as the main liaison between the client’s business units and our centralized creative hub, ensuring the timely and quality delivery of creative assets. The executive will be responsible for managing the localization pipeline, taking creative requests, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the project management of assets delivered by the creative hub. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, with strong project and stakeholder management skills and a good understanding of creative production process, brand guidelines, quality control, and process optimization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for local client business units, gathering creative requirements and ensuring clear communication on timelines, project scopes, and expectations.
  • Request Management: Log and track creative requests through the pipeline, ensuring all details are accurately captured and prioritized. Maintain an organized system for requests and project statuses.
  • Creative Briefing: Work closely with the operations team in the centralized creative hub to deliver clear, concise, and detailed creative briefs based on the business units' needs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of creative asset delivery, ensuring timely execution, adherence to project timelines, and that all deliverables meet the agreed-upon quality standards.
  • Localization Coordination: Manage and track the localization of master creative assets by the offshore creative hub, ensuring each localized asset is consistent with the original brand messaging and meets the specific requirements of the local market.
  • Quality Control: Review and validate all creative assets to ensure they meet the brand standards and quality expectations of the client business unit. Provide feedback and request revisions as needed to maintain high-quality output.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative working relationship between the business units and the creative hub, ensuring a smooth workflow and proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Timeline & Delivery Management: Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery. Proactively communicate any potential delays or issues to stakeholders and propose solutions as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for improving workflows, project timelines, and overall efficiency within the creative pipeline.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, project management, or creative operations. Experience in localization, creative asset management, or working with offshore teams is a plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with project management and/or DAM tools is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and quality control, ensuring all creative assets meet brand standards and business expectations.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage challenges proactively and find creative solutions.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and timelines.
  • Education: A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
