We are inviting candidates for the position of:
Strategic Planning Intern
Job description (Full-time internship)
We are seeking an insight-hungry Strategic Planning Intern with a genuine interest in Strategic Planning across the spectrum - from Brand Planning and Creative Strategy to Comms and Content Planning to join our highly dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Uncovering unique insight and directions that unlock customer and business value
Analyzing and synthetizing a variety of research (market, trends etc.) and analysis techniques to form strategic frameworks
Transferring strategic thought processes into verbally- and visually-persuasive PowerPoint decks
Preparing briefs and briefing stimulus for Creative
Developing good working relationships inter-departmentally through insight and recommendation
Intern Requirements and Qualifications:
Resourceful - able to attack problems from many different angles; good left-brain/right-brain clarity and balance.
Restlessly curious – always wanting to understand more; always seeking better solutions; always at the forefront of trends.
Rapid – naturally quick in thinking, adapting and delivering.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Past Internship experience in strategic planning experience in a creative ad agency, would be a bonus
Basic understanding of insight generation, preparing briefs, market knowledge, trends and digital and social platforms popular in SEAO countries.
Desire to gain experience in handling projects and collaboratively assist to deliver briefs.
