Job Posting for Quantity Surveyor at China Harbour (Singapore) Engineering Company Pte Ltd
Responsibilities
Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers & other parties involved in the project.
Liaise with construction/design team to prepare document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender.
Assist Project Contract Manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order and Purchase Order.
Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.
Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price comparison and costing summary.
Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payments.
Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings.
Prepare project budgeting and costing reports.
Requirements
At least 2 years’ working experience in Quantity Surveying in main contractor
Experience with LTA or building projects
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
