RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER (ARCHITECTURAL) LTA Project

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to oversee architectural works.
• Oversee the construction activity of the project assigned, ensuring they're compliance with design & requirement.
• Study of Architectural drawing details & take note of any engineering changes.
• Collaborate with architectural consultant,
• Carry out inspection of site works, project samples & etc.

Job Requirement:

• Relevant qualification in building/architectural related studies
• Registered RTO with IES/ACES
• Preferably LTA projects experiencene
• Preferably understand BIM for design coordination
• Have at least 2 year of RTO related experience
