Regional Key Account Manager:
This position is an excellent opportunity to work for an exciting and challenging international company with premium brands in its market! As Regional Key Account Manager, you will join the adynamic team with many opportunities. You will report directly to the Regional Director of Apacwith a dotted line reporting to the Global Key Account Director. Stakeholders include the Global Key Account Team, Area Managers, Distributors, the Service Team, and Product Marketing.
You will take an active role in creating a solid growth and winning-oriented organization.
Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Key Account Manager is to drive growth and profitability for Cimbali Group in the APAC Region by developing and managing strategic partnerships. This role ensures the successful implementation of sales strategies, fosters long-term relationships with accounts, and aligns customer needs with Cimbali Group's product offerings, focusing on delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Main Duties:
Account Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Regional Accounts, acting as the primary point of contact
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with national clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
New Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market
Generate leads and establish relationships with potential national clients
Sales Strategy Execution
Implement Cimbali Group’s sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches
Collaborate with marketing and HQ KA’s Department to develop tailored campaigns and materials for the Region
Reporting and Analysis
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to Country Manager and HQ
Prepare detailed forecasts, sales reports, and market analysis to support strategic decision-making
Customer Experience
Ensure customer service and satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively
Act as a brand ambassador, representing Cimbali Group at trade shows, conferences, and client events
The work location may be in Singapore.
