Job Description:
Assist management or team with scheduling, communication and correspondences via emails, calls and WhatsApp chats
Maintain and ensure accuracy of delivery records/ jobs and incentive/ OT reports
Perform filing and organizing of documents
Prepare internal and external report for billing
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE O-level with 1 year of admin. experience
Proficient in MS Office
Good communication skills
Independent and able to work well with minimum supervision
Working Hour: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Location 2: Toh Guan Road
Job Description:
Handle daily inbound/outbound order
Communicate with customers on order & inventory issues
Verify invoices from suppliers
Post all transactions in Warehouse System
Prepare weekly operation/KPI report data
Prepare monthly reports for billing
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE O-level with 1 year of admin. experience
Proficient in MS Office
Good communication skills
Independent and able to work well with minimum supervision
