Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
• Manage and coordinate a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Plan and allocate manpower, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance to meet KPIs
• Ensure accurate inventory control using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with safety and operational standards
• Liaise with internal departments, transport teams, and external vendors for coordination of deliveries and warehouse activities
• Conduct regular checks on equipment and oversee proper usage, especially of forklifts and material handling tools
• Support stocktaking, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Overtime may be required based on operational needs. OT will be compensated in accordance with MOM regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong leadership and team management skills, able to lead a team of 9 crew.
• Proficient in warehouse processes and inventory systems (WMS knowledge preferred)
• Forklift license required; 10-ton heavy forklift license preferred
• Physically fit and hands-on, with a proactive and responsible attitude
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
