Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stock movements including deliveries, transfers, returns, and display updates.
• Monitor inventory levels and provide timely reporting, with special attention to out-of-stock or overstocked items.
• Maintain accurate records through inventory control and cycle counts.
• Coordinate warehouse operations and investigate stock discrepancies using inventory management systems.
• Support price tag changes and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Generate stock reports for internal review.
• Perform other stock-related duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or stock administration, ideally in the retail or luxury goods sector.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communicator with good command of English.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and general computer systems.
