1) Treasury & Accounting
- Manage daily incomings and payments, prepare bank reconciliations
- Prepare personal claims and reimbursements
- Responsible for filing accounting documents
- Enter journal entries in SAP and assist month-end closing
- General tasks related to accounting and payments
2) Admin & HR
- Handles work pass applications and renewal. (EP&DP)
- Prepares IR21 and IR8A submission
- Administer timely and accurate monthly payroll and CPF contribution, government claims
- Liaise with internal employees and external party regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
