RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER (C&S)

Responsibilities

The RTO shall report to the QP-Supervision and/or Resident Engineer. To coordinate work with other REs, and RTOs for daily inspections, reports, testing, and meetings. Assist and coordinate with the QP/RE on method statement reviews and other periodic/adhoc reports, including non-conformances and compliance, safety issues, work permits etc.

The RTO shall supervise all civil, structural and geotechical building works, including structural elements for architectural works under the Civil Contracts for compliance with the Authority’s Requirements for Permanent works and Temporary works

Requirments

• Degree in Civil Engineering, National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS) or diploma
• Registered with IES/ACES as Resident Technical Officer
• At least 3 years relevant site experience in improvement works
• Experience in LTA projects is an advantage
