Job Posting for Systems Programmer at CODEO PRIVATE LIMITED
Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise storage systems (SAN, NAS) and backup solutions (on-prem and cloud-based). Manage backup and recovery operations using tools such as Veeam, Commvault, Veritas NetBackup, or equivalent.
Monitor and optimize performance, availability, and capacity of storage and backup environments.
Establish and maintain data retention policies and disaster recovery procedures.
Perform regular backups, restores, and testing of data recovery strategies.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for storage and backup incidents.
Collaborate with server, network, and cloud teams on infrastructure projects and initiatives.
Document configurations, procedures, and change management records.
Participate in on-call rotation and off-hours maintenance activities
At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience in Storage & Backup Infrastructure support is required.
Experience with enterprise backup tools (NetBackup, DataProtector, TSM)

BackupExec – Secondary Skill
Aix/Linux/Unix
Virtual Tape Library
Good knowledge of EMC, Hitachi, and Huawei storage systems
