Job Posting for Executive (Administration) at Communicable Diseases Agency (CDA)
A strategic administrative position supporting the Communicable Diseases Collaboration Group in CDA. You'll be the key enabler ensuring smooth administrative operations and efficient workflow for the Directors and Group Director, acting as their primary administrative coordinator and also support the Training and Education team in logistics and procurement as secondary activities.
You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What will you be working on
Manage complex calendar scheduling and coordination, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries whilst anticipating potential conflicts and resolving them proactively for the Directors and GD
To support oversea claims submissions and request for the Directors and the GD
Coordinate with IT and other support team on some logistics matters for the group (eg help to get IT support if Director laptop is not working)
Provide support for administrative and finance activities for the Training and Education team
Assist the coordination for logistics and procurement activities for Training and Education team
What are we looking for
A dedicated and organised individual who has strong time management skills and is committed to getting the tasks done.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, having both the ability to work well in a team or independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant would be an advantage.
