Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our front desk and office operations. This role involves greeting visitors, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office.
Roles & Responsibilities
Stand in for front desk duties, greet and welcome customers, maintain a tidy front counter area, and handle incoming phone calls.
Provide customer service and assistance to existing and new customers.
Data Entry and Administrative Paperwork
Generate invoices and quotations
Scan, print, email, and file documents.
Maintain and update company records and databases
Assist in scheduling and maintaining office supplies.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Preferably at least 1 years of relevant work experience in automotive industry.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
