We are seeking a dynamic senior leader to drive growth and scale, reporting directly to the CEO. You will lead a team of pre-sales and delivery experts, working closely with our marketing, product and tech teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets and scale day to day operations
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the team
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Lead major client negotiations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Work cross-functionally across the organization to shape the product roadmap to meet customer needs
Utilize data analytics to assess sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement
Develop and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics
Provide valuable input to product development based on market demands and customer feedback
Monitor performance against forecasts and implement adjustments as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
Proven track record of success in a B2B SaaS sales role within the energy industry, with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role
Strong P&L management background with a priority on revenue targets and growth
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, able to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
