Purpose of the role


Vision: The Director, Integrated Production Services APAC realises the power of integrated production in creating value in marketing at every stage of a client campaign engagement

The Director, Integrated Production Services APAC will play an active role in the enhancement of our strategic value proposition, outlining what we can offer in terms of marketing production, as well as lead the teams that are processing work across our different production categories.


The role is uniquely designed to drive strategic thinking and excellence in our integrated production output, across more than 10 markets in APAC.


Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure A highly skilled and commercial marketing production practitioner, the Director, Integrated Production Services APAC will likely have over 10 years of experience in a professional marketing production capacity.


With a track record in managing teams across markets and marketing production disciplines, she/he will be exceptional in defining, developing and activating marketing production capability that drives value for our clients.


The Director, Integrated Production Services APAC will have:


The ability to evolve the current concept of central production to a strategic integrated production, ensuring continuity in the delivery of creative assets and physical materials whilst keeping up to date with industry and client’s requirements.


The skills to encourage ways of working that promote the right production decisions and introduce alternative thinking and creative solutions, through data and technology, to generate productivity gains and improve the overall performance of service delivery.


And ultimately, the vision to create a structure and processes that protect the creative and brand output, including the quality of the deliverables, for our clients.

The experience to lead the team to sustain the credibility of the integrated production model by showcasing the success and capabilities of the team and ensure the highest standards of performance and high quality delivery, developing the team as well as ensuring that performance issues are managed.
