Job Description Assist in the preparation of the Daily Production List for Kitchen’s use. Assist in preparation of customer labels for the packing team. Generate and print invoices for the day. Assist in planning and coordinating daily delivery routes for the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders. Assist in receiving products, perform quality check on items and move them into dry store; or deploy them to the Prep store for Kitchen use. Perform weekly stock take on stored inventory. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time. Requirements GCE O, N Level, ITE qualifications. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations, administration or logistics. Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words). Working hours: 5 days work week
