Project Engineer – Civil & Infrastructure

The Role
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Project Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate should bring solid experience in civil engineering—particularly in roadworks and infrastructure projects. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to high-impact infrastructure projects while growing your career with an established and reputable contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in end-to-end project planning, coordination, and execution
• Supervise site works and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and flag any issues with proposed solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Assist in resource planning and manpower allocation
• Resolve on-site challenges effectively and adapt plans as needed
• Guide and motivate the site team to meet project goals

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure
• No experience candidate with strong internships or relevant exposure are welcome to apply
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Hands-on experience in site supervision and project coordination
• Proficient in writing and interpreting technical reports
• Able to work independently, solve problems, and thrive under pressure
