Responsibilities

  • Oversea workshop operations.
  • Attend to matters relating to material handling equipment such as forklift & stackers, and commercial vehicle maintenance and repair services.
  • Job distribution to technicians.
  • Writing job orders and descriptions.
  • Ensure that all customers' inquiries are attended to promptly.
  • Follow up with customers on issues pertaining to their vehicles.
  • Prepare quotation pertaining to repair and replacement of parts.
  • Monitor job process and perform quality checks after repair jobs are done.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least GCE 'N'Level or NiTEC in Automotive Trade.
  • Prefereably 2 Year(s) of working experience in related field.
  • Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Good oral and written communication.
