REGIONAL MARKETING SENIOR MANAGER APAC

THE ROLE
As Regional Marketing Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Coty’s Asia Pacific Regional Marketing team. You will own end-to-end brand management for a portfolio of brands, driving strategic acceleration through localized yet globally aligned plans.
You will be the bridge between global directives and local execution—strategizing creative marketing activities that honor brand DNA while navigating and adapting within global frameworks. You’ll identify whitespace opportunities, unlock new growth levers, and lead the launch of innovations that resonate across diverse APAC markets.
This position calls for an entrepreneurial mindset—someone who is skilled at engaging and influencing stakeholders across regions, to identify opportunities and bring ideas to life
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the 360° brand strategy and calendar for assigned brands in APAC.
- Drive innovation launches, ensuring bold ambitions (sales/ranking/etc.) are set and achieved.
- Continuously assess market trends and consumer behavior to identify white space and unlock new profit pools.
- Act as the Regional voice to the Global Team by synthesizing local market needs, influencing strategic decisions, and ensuring alignment on direction and priorities. Balance strategic thinking with executional excellence—developing launch plans, overseeing investment strategy, ensuring strong ROI, and post-launch analysis.
- Partner closely with local marketing teams, providing guidance while also co-creating solutions that work within global frameworks.
- Take on special projects and ad hoc initiatives as required

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
- At least 10 years of holistic marketing experience in the Beauty industry, preferably with local market experience
- Strong business acumen, with a proven track record in analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder networks and build trusted partnerships
- An agile, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to overcoming challenges
- A digital-first mindset, always thinking consumer-first with expertise in activation and advocacy
- Hands-on experience leading across omni-channel ecosystems
- Strategic agility to balance brand vision and commercial results
- A collaborative and influential leadership style, effective across functions, cultures, and seniority levels
- Ability to operate within global frameworks while creatively pushing boundaries
- Skilled at identifying white space and driving growth through innovative opportunities
