Production Supervisor

As part of our exciting expansion, Crystal Tomato® has opened a brand-new facility in Pasir Panjang, and we are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our growing team. Work Location: 102F Pasir Panjang Rd Citilink Warehouse Complex Singapore 118530 Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Working days: Mondays to Fridays Responsibilities: Oversight the production flow and initiate and recommend solutions when necessary Planning the daily production schedule and assist production manager to ensure smooth work flow Lead the team to maintain the product quality and achieve the production deadlines Perform daily QC inspection on packaging, semi-finished products and finished products Perform secondary packing activities ( labelling, packing, batch coding, assembling and wrapping) Operating the simple machines (printers, wrapping machine) To pack for pick and dispatch products according to the orders Maintain cleanliness, good housekeeping and perform general facilities maintenance in production area Adhere to safety protocols and all company's SOPs and production guidelines Promptly report any quality issues, equipment malfunction and production issues to team leader or supervisor Ensure proper storage segregation and handling of products Ensure updating of daily checklist and proper documentation Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management Job Requirements: Minimum N level At least 1 year of similar working experience as operator / production assistant in the manufacturing industry Physically fit and good eyesight to perform production tasks Knowledge in running the relevant equipment and handling of printers Able to read and communicate in English Able to work overtime when necessary If you're looking for an opportunity to be part of an innovative company that’s transforming skin health, apply now and grow with us at Crystal Tomato®!
