10 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally in asset management, investment banking or both, with a proven track record of strategically building / growing new lines of business.
Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products. Ideally, the candidate has extensive experience in public equities investing given that this is the core underlying asset class that CSOP is providing exposure to today via its ETFs. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset; must be willing to think outside of the box to uncover and develop new commercial opportunities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work in a centralized organization (i.e. must be comfortable in an environment where CSOP leverages the expertise and capabilities of CSOP HK and works with different internal stakeholders to achieve goals).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; must be credible with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, MBA or CFA is a plus.
Must have track record of meeting regulatory requirements.
If your compensation planning software is too rigid to deploy winning incentive strategies, it’s time to find an adaptable solution.
