Shipping Assistant (MNC / 5 Days / Up to $2,700 + AWS + OT / Tuas / Company Transport Provided)

Job Description

• Position: Shipping Assistant
• Well Established US Healthcare Solutions MNC
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:15pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,700 AWS OT
• Working Location: Tuas
• Company Transport Provided
• Outpatient Medical Insurance Provided
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Manufacturing (Healthcare)

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process all shipping documentation including delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, freight forwarders, and couriers to schedule and monitor shipments.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation for all outbound goods.
• Verify items to be shipped against shipping orders and ensure accuracy.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Handle returned shipments, customer complaints, and delivery discrepancies.
• Maintain and update shipping records in inventory / ERP systems.
• Assist with stock checks, inventory control, and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Ensure all shipments comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent; relevant certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures (local and export).
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and inventory/ERP systems.
