Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (Generalist) to join our team. This role will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring smooth HR operations that align with our business goals.

Job Descriptions

Recruitment and Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees (MOM regulations).
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Payroll and Benefits Administration

• Coordinate with payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Administer employee benefits, including leave, medical claims, and insurance.
• Handle statutory submissions.

Employee Relations and Engagement

• Act as a key point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Organize training and development programs to upskill employees.

HR Compliance and Administration

• Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with Singapore labour laws.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and related regulations.
• Keep accurate employee records and HR reports.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
