Job Description
Perform Customer/Account Maintenance request for Individual Customers.
Update customer records in the system, ensuring all details such as personal information, contact no., addresses and account details are accurate.
Complete all data maintenance requests within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations while handling customer information.
Assist with data cleanup or other related administrative tasks as directed.
