Southeast Asia Market Program Assistant Manager/Manager


The Deloitte Clients & Industries team offers expertise around client and market activities to support profitable revenue growth for the practice. The team’s goal is to assist partners in targeting, winning and developing strategic clients through market and client eminence.


Responsibilities


The Market Program Assistant Manager/Manager will work in partnership with senior internal clients to develop and drive the delivery of agreed marketing communications program initiatives while collaborating with global and Asia Pacific marketing teams and other teams as necessary. Areas of ongoing primary responsibilities include:


  • Develop a business plan that addresses the leadership goals and reinforces Deloitte’s market leader positioning for the assigned market program
  • Execute the business plan through appropriate channels including events, sponsorships, social media and media, as well as client touchpoints, in collaboration with the regional program, marketing and strategic client teams
  • Manage financial reports for the market program and strategic accounts including opportunities and sales pipeline
  • Support business development activities and drive the follow-up to maximise return on investment
  • Lead the development of thought leadership reports to build the Deloitte brand and client relationships. This includes project management, research, writing/editing, production and local promotional activities within the Southeast Asia markets.
  • Develop any client and presentation materials, client contact lists and research as needed
  • Deliver a comprehensive range of projects, often with competing deadlines


Requirements


  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably within a private equity firm, investment bank or similar institution.
  • Experience in managing program or client account, involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
  • Self-starter with ability to manage time effectively and deal with ambiguity
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and thorough execution
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
