PROJECT PLANNER

Responsibilities

• Gather site installation progress from Site Engineers and generate the overall progress by station and tunnel section weekly for submissions to LTA (4-weeks rolling programee).
• Consolidate progress of each phase of project and update the Primavera baseline and progress s-curve for end of the month report submission to LTA (document/drawing submission register, procurement/manufacturing/delivery register, 3-months rolling programme, etc.)
• Update the monthly report on the updated progress figures.
• Provide project progress analysis to the Project Manager so that Project Manager can plan the activities for upcoming month.
• Attend weekly and monthly progress meeting with the project team and LTA project team.
• Attend adhoc LTA project planning meetings and conduct programme related presentations (presentation to LTA on 4-weeks rolling programme, site testing/integrated testing progress register).
• Understand the payment request system and be able to advise the Project Manager the claimable amount.
• Work out the cash flow projection for LTA as and when required.
• To constantly check and verify subcontractors programme matters, project deliverables, site progress, payment via Primavera.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates with min. Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or their equivalent.
