Materials Management Executive – Healthcare Division
General Responsibilities Manage supply planning for clients Consolidate sales forecast and inventory requirements with Sales and Operations teams Analyze inventory turnover and focus on minimizing both shortages and inventory levels Prepare and consolidate inventory reports and KPIs to measure the service level and progress against inventory KPIs Issue purchase orders Maintain master data in the system Review efficiency of current processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on day-to-day matters Requirements Strong numerical sense Proficiency in MS Excel Fluent in spoken and written English Diploma/Degree in any discipline Working knowledge of SAP – Materials Requirements Plan (MRP) system will be advantageous Fresh graduates with an interest in supply planning are welcomed
