Main Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
1. Customer service to incoming customers
a. Pre-treatment service/interaction
1. Greet customers (ensure calling by name)
2. Small talk and ask how the customer is doing…
3. Offer tea/Coffee/Water
4. Present to customer the details about the upcoming service/treatment
b. Post treatment service/interaction
1. Ask customer how is he/she satisfied with the treatment
2. Present/align with customer on future/next phase of treatment plan (provide details /answers
to customer if/when asked)
2. Ensure schedule of customers are in order and shop staff is aware of it
Check daily treatments schedule, update relevant staff and ensure they are aware and available (
ensure alignment of next treatments)
3. Ensure future schedule is set, pre-defined, appears in the system and is communicated to customer
4. Insert Sales data, invoice, customer data, next plans, sign customer on PA, and etc…
5. Insert data of products /package provided committed to customer
a. Insert treatments that were done future treatment plan
b. Issue invoice
c. Sign customer on PA
d. Give customer relevant documents
e. Others s needed
6. Facility Management/Ensure shop is neat and equipment’s and tools are available
7. Manage cashier ensure it is balanced (money vs products /package sold) and hand over to person
who is closing the day
8. Inventory management
a. Ensure it is received/sent and registered in the system accurately
b. Check and ensure inventory counting and report to purchasing manager
9. Compliance
a. Ensure SOP’s are fully implemented by Staff
b. Ensure all data is accurately inserted and reflects what was offered and committed by DNA brands
to customer
c. Report any deviation of SOP’s /violation of company policies and procedures to Customer Experience Manager
10. Support onboarding of new staff to the shop including SOP’s and Customer service guidelines
11. Other tasks as required by Customer Experience Manager
