Key Responsibilities:
1. Wash dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and kitchen tools using commercial dishwashers or manual washing methods.
2. Ensure all items are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
3. Maintain cleanliness of sinks, countertops, floors, and dishwashing areas.
4. Dispose of waste and recycling according to hotel guidelines.
5. Report broken equipment or low inventory of cleaning supplies to supervisors.
6. Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
Requirements
- No formal education required; training provided.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Team player with strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of sanitation practices (preferred but not mandatory).
