Job Description & Requirements

Ø During the participate in all the steps involved in the manufacturing process.

Ø Coordinate with the manager and engineers regularly to improve productivity and efficiency.

Ø Need to delegate work to all the employees and monitor their work on a regular basis.

Ø you need to train the employees and assist them in their work regularly.

Ø Check and estimate the cost of all the tools and equipment required in the process and oversee the procurement of these items keeping the budget as well as the quality in mind.

Ø Working with the Project Manager for the projects to task & plan efficient, and productive

Welding Activities and also Co-ordinates with Quality Department for any QN issue.

Ø you need to prepare flow charts, diagrams, presentations, and reports.

Ø Troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to the staff. Remunerating the workers well and keeping them motivated

Ø Preparing and maintaining records such as job sheets, employee attendance, etc.

Ø Communicating with the workers, engineers, designers, and technicians and maintaining effective coordination between them.

Ø Organizing meetings and training sessions as and when the need arises.

Øyou need carry out toolbox meetings for the employees aware of the safety practices and the possible health hazards and precautionary measures.
