Position: Customer Service Associate, Call Centre

Salary: $2,200 - $3,200 Shift Allowance AWS Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to callers by understanding caller's needs.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to address caller's inquiries.
• Book or reschedule appointments based on the caller's request.
• Handle various administrative tasks related to the hotline, including managing emails, processing referral requests, and activating emergency protocols.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments within the institution to ensure seamless follow-up and resolution of caller's requests.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma, Degree, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service and customer handling.
• Candidates who possess relevant experience in the call centre environment will be added advantages.
• Bubbly and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to rotating shifts, including PHs and weekends.
