Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

Job Responsibilities:

· Quantity Surveying and contracts administration for IFM & Building maintenance services. To provide support of maintenance and project works function.

· Involve in preparation of contracts to award to vendors and sub-contractors

· Prepare and submit claims for completed works upon receiving of work completion reports.

· Manage progress claims and other claims put up from vendors and sub-contractors

· Liaise with client and client’s representative on work progress, claims and KPI.

· Track, record and update on breakdown of claims, variations claims or omissions.

· Manage payments and claims via company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and/or CMMS.

· Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle. Involve in managing contract variations, valuations, and final accounts. Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, and correspondence.

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Engineering, Construction Management or other relevant qualifications in related disciplines.

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in QS field, with a focus on M&E services. Preferably with FM / IFM exposure.

· Candidate with project side QS experience or building construction (with exposure to M&E) are welcome to apply .
