Job Scope

• Manage the project from tender to completion.
• Drawing submission.
• Getting material approval.
• Manage the Sub Contractor.
• Planning & sequencing of work.
• Liaise with clients, owners and consultants regarding project requirements and schedules.
• Resolve all matters that arises.
• Deliver the project on time, with quality and on budget.
• Any other relevant experience to successfully deliver the project within time & cost allocation.
• Control budget, manage expenses and cashflow.

Requirement

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10 years’ experience in project and contract management
• Experience in Data Centre projects is an advantage
