Leasing and Property Manager

Seeking experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Leasing and Property Manager to join our growing team in Singapore.

Job Descriptions:

1. Leasing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute rental strategy and marketing plans to optimise occupancy.
• Conduct market analysis and advise on rental rates and unit positioning.
• Manage property listings, conduct viewings, and negotiate tenancy terms.
• Manage lease administration processes and documentation.
• Prepare tenancy agreements and manage move-in/move-out processes.

2. Operations & Facilities Management:

• Act as main point-of-contact for tenant communications and support.
• Oversee regular property inspections, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Manage tenancy documentation.
• Ensure building is well maintained and compliant with local regulations.

3. Reporting & Business Support:

• Prepare monthly reports on leasing performance and maintenance status.
• Assist in budgeting for building operations, maintenance, and improvement works.

4. Perform and complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Estate Management or equivalent.

2. Proven track record with minimum 5 years of experience in residential leasing and property management.

3. Familiarity with tenancy laws and leasing practices.

4. Meticulous and strong organisational abilities.

5. Independent and multi-tasking skills in fast paced environment.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
