Job Description

• Join Us as an AI Support Engineer

We’re EasyBiz Cloud, a fast-growing SaaS platform built for local service businesses. Our system is powerful and deep — and we’re building an AI-first support experience to match.

We’re looking for a young, sharp, and driven person to help us build and train our AI agents, and jump in when needed to support real customers through WhatsApp. If you’re curious, hands-on, and not afraid of real work — you’ll love this.

What you’ll do:

• Build and improve AI agents to reply customer questions via WhatsApp Business

• Connect AI to real actions in our system (e.g. checking orders, updating settings)

• Train the AI using real workflows and customer language

• Step in when the AI can’t handle it — you’ll chat with customers directly through WhatsApp API

• Work closely with our dev team to improve what the bot and tools can do

• • You’ll be guided by a mentor to help you learn the system and get started smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• Fresh graduate or junior dev with AI, automation, or coding experience (Python/JS)

• Someone who wants to go deep into SaaS products and real customer problems

• Fluent in English (better also fluent in Mandarin), comfortable chatting with customers on WhatsApp

• Hardworking, fast learner, and serious about long-term growth

• Willing to hustle — we’re a startup, we move fast, and customers don’t stop on weekends
