M&E SUPERVISORS

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day operations and maintenance of new condominium projects.
• Ensure that all the facilities are operated and maintained to optimum conditions.
• Supervise appointed maintenance contractors.
• Conduct building inspections and co-ordinate defects rectification works.
• Assist to prepare monthly property management reports.

Requirements

• NITEC in Electrical, Air-conditioning / Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Those with experience in commercial projects preferred.
• Able to work independently with sound technical knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on rotating shifts
