Your primary role will involve developing strategies to attract and recruit Chinese students interested in overseas study programs and tuition services.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective students and parents.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting the Chinese and Southeast Asian markets.
• Collaborate closely with the admissions and academic teams to align sales activities with service offerings.
• Manage social media platforms and marketing channels tailored for Chinese students.
• Conduct market research to understand student preferences and trends.
• Organise events, seminars, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and student engagement.
• Achieve recruitment targets and actively contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing within education or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Chinese education market and familiarity with student recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including familiarity with platforms popular among Chinese students and parents.
