What You'll Do

• Become a Tech Setup Guru: Bring new bus ticketing equipment to life! You'll expertly set up and install devices like Ticketing Controllers, Card Validators, and more, along with their essential accessories.
• Software Powerhouse: Take the reins in loading and configuring the software that powers these systems.
• Quality Champion: Put equipment through its paces with thorough Product Acceptance Testing (PAT) to guarantee top-notch performance.
• Integration Maestro: Ensure all the pieces work together flawlessly by conducting Production System Integration Testing (PSIT) with other vital devices.
• Master Packer: Strategically pack ticketing equipment into organized box sets, tailored to specific bus configurations, making sure every component is present and clearly labeled for smooth deployment.
• Inventory Intellect: Keep a finger on the pulse of our inventory, tracking equipment, spare parts, and accessories to ensure we always have what we need.
• Team Collaborator: Partner closely with our technical and operations teams, playing a vital role in ensuring seamless testing and deployment processes.
• Reporting Ace: Keep everyone informed by providing clear updates on equipment status and inventory levels.
• Safety First Advocate: Champion and adhere to safety guidelines while handling equipment and working in our dynamic testing environment.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• A solid foundation with a Higher Nitec or Polytechnic qualification in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics), IT, or a related field.
• Whether you're a fresh graduate eager to make your mark or have a year or more of experience in electrical/electronic systems or ticketing equipment, we want to hear from you!
• Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and a knack for organization.
• Bonus points for experience in managing inventory!
• Comfort and confidence in navigating MS Excel and MS Word.
• A foundational understanding of how systems connect and network.
