Sales Representative

Office location: Tuas

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5.30pm

Gross Salary: Basic Allowance $3000 ( Commission)

Job responsibilities:

• Manages existing accounts, secures orders, and develops new business by planning and executing a daily schedule of visits to current and prospective sales outlets.
• Handles Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks, including timely follow-ups and collections.
• Ensures proper in-store execution through effective merchandising, shelf organization, chiller arrangements, and placement of POSM materials.
• Promotes and sells the full range of the company’s products.
• Prepares and submits regular sales reports.
• Supports overall company operations, including pricing, managing out-of-stock items, handling product exchanges, and actively participating in festive in-store sales initiatives.
• Keeps track of market trends by collecting up-to-date information on competitor pricing, existing products, and new product launches.
• Consistently works to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or FMCG industry (Fast Moving Consumer Goods).
• Prior exposure to in-store execution and merchandising is an added advantage.
• Must have own car
