With a strong presence in over 70 countries worldwide, our client, a prominent luxury hospitality conglomerate, is seeking for a Head of Human Resources to join their luxury hotel in Singapore. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive the strategic HR agenda, ensuring the hotel attracts, develops, and retains top-tier hospitality talent. You will foster a high-performance culture, aligning HR initiatives with commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership – Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel’s business objectives and luxury brand standards.
• Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding – Oversee recruitment to attract top hospitality professionals while enhancing the hotel's employer brand.
• Workplace Culture & Talent Development – Foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement, retention, and implement learning & development programs.
• Compliance & HR Optimization – Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws, optimize workforce planning, and leverage HR technology for efficiency.

Key skills required

• Extensive HR Experience – 15 years in hospitality, luxury retail, or consumer-focused industries within a multinational environment.
• Hands-On Execution – Proactive approach, actively contributing to initiative execution for successful implementation.
• Leadership by Example – Strong role model, guiding and supporting the team through complex HR challenges.
• Strategic & Adaptable – Ability to navigate dynamic environments while aligning HR strategies with business goals.
