As we expand our creative team, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Executive to join our Singapore Studio.

As an Account Executive, you are a skilled individual dedicated to ensuring projects are executed and delivered seamlessly and efficiently. Your reliability and unwavering professionalism will be key as you aim to cultivate trust with clients, enhance relationships, and represent the best the agency has to offer.

Requirements


What you will do:

• Day-to-day project management of assigned accounts and support in research, planning and new business activities.
• Effectively manage aspects of client and internal/external communications as directed and end-to-end deliverables to ensure that projects are delivered on- time, on -budget and exceeding expectations
• In consultation with your team, or on occasion working as an individual, prepare proposals, estimate costs, create timelines, meet contact reports and project folders when required under the supervision of the Account Director or Group Account Director
• Design and/or write effective design execution and production briefs to ensure the successful delivery of assignments.
• Effectively manage implementation end of the projects as well as third-party suppliers/vendors
• Observe regular industry trends and best practices to fulfil your role as the client's brand guardian.
• Seek to maintain/improve/expand client satisfaction as well as manage client expectations and communications.
• Gather, monitor and manage project status and billing information.
• Participate in the allocation of resources based on assignment requirements.
• Support the development of internal processes to improve efficiency.
• Design effective design and production briefs.
  
  
  

What you have done:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in branding, design or marketing agency.
• Prior experience in the packaging design industry is essential.
• Clarity in thought and expression
• Excellent written and presentation skills in English
• Ability to manage assigned multiple projects and work with project teams across disciplines simultaneously.
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good sense of appropriate business writing/verbal tone and manner
• Strong desire to listen and learn.
• Openness to working in an agile environment.
• Plenty of curiosity, rigour, initiative and passion for excelling
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Fully proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), fully proficient in Keynote and timeline application
