Responsibilities:
* Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations at various job sites.
* Effective instruction and management of sites supervisors/cleaners to ensure delivery of daily operations covering required areas.
* Help out with onsite work whenever necessary.
* Planning of manpower, scheduling, attendance taking etc.
* Resolving all matters/incidents on site, e.g., conflict management and service recovery, preparation of incident reports.
* Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
* Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Facilities Management or other discipline.
* At least 2-3 years’ experience in cleaning/facilities management industries.
* Must be able to work on weekends.
* Must have class 3/3A driving license.
* Must be willing to get your hands dirty to do onsite work when there is manpower shortage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); IT savvy.
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
* Excellent time management.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, able to work well both independently and in a team.
