Solution Architect (Data & AI)

You will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of the company innovative data and AI solutions. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders to thoroughly understand customer requirements, design bespoke solutions, and effectively demonstrate the value of our offerings to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities for data and AI solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
• Design and present tailored data and AI solutions that address customer needs and demonstrate the value of our offerings.
• Conduct Solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops to showcase the capabilities of our data and AI solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the benefits and ROI of our solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the sales cycle, including solution architecture, integration, and deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data and AI technologies to provide thought leadership and strategic insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution architecture role, with a focus on data and AI.
• Strong understanding of data platforms (e.g., Databricks), LLM models, Open-Source Platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python).
• Extensive knowledge of cloud computing technologies and services, particularly those related to data and AI (e.g., AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).
• Proven experience in designing and presenting data and AI solutions to customers.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customer needs and solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Good to have:

• Cloud and infra Security knowledge
• Certifications with major Cloud Service Provider E.g. AWS, Azure
• Familiar with Government environment and practices like IM8, GCC 2.0, GCC , HCC, etc
