Software Engineer

Epergne Solutions is seeking to hire a Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to install, configure, and manage onsite hardware and software systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software applications, hardware components, and network systems.
• Develop, test, and debug software code to meet project requirements or address technical challenges.
• Deliver on-site technical support to ensure optimal system performance and reduce downtime.
• Conduct system performance assessments and suggest necessary improvements or upgrades.
• Maintain detailed documentation for procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure adherence to company and industry security standards and data protection regulations.
• Provide training and technical guidance to end-users, ensuring they effectively utilize the systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all onsite technical issues, building strong relationships with clients.
