Senior IT Product Manager

ERA Realty Network is looking for a Senior Product Manager to craft the best mobile and desktop experience for our users.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and execution of our product roadmap. Join us in this exciting journey to build an advanced product for the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap
• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and requirements to cross-functional teams.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and deliver high-quality products on time
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact and business value.
• Create, execute, and manage production schedules using agile methodologies, including product documentation, specifications and user stories.
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines with agile methodologies
• Engage and cooperate with end users to cultivate relationships and expedite the flow of feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with over 8 years experience in product management
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and improvements.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools for decision-making.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align product roadmap with overall company goals.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to gather and translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools for product management.
