This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow their experience in digital infrastructure and institutional real estate development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with regular project reporting, including asset-level updates, program schedules, risk logs, and milestone tracking
  • Coordinate with local construction teams and consultants to gather updates and inputs for reporting and documentation
  • Help the investment and development teams prepare project budgets, timelines, and capital expenditure summaries

  • Support the platform's quality, safety, and EHS ISO initiatives
  • Assist in reviewing cost plans, schedules, and procurement inputs
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Investment, Legal, Asset Management) to support alignment of project assumptions and risks
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and high-quality presentation materials for internal and external use

Requirements

  • Degree or relevant practical experience in Quantity Surveying, Construction/Project Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimally 2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure-related roles
  • Good understanding of how development projects are managed and delivered
  • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and consultant coordination
  • Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organise and present information clearly
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a high-performing and fast-paced team
  • Exposure to data centres or technical real estate sectors is a plus
  • Experience working in or with institutional investment or development teams is an advantage
